Hi Everyone! I'm a certified health coach helping people get healthy all over the country. Here is the program in a nutshell...

You eat 6 well balanced, low calorie meals a day and your body burns quickly and efficiently. The key is the perfect balance of CARBS, PROTEIN, CALORIES AND FIBER. Giving your body what it's needs makes it possible to burn FAT fast. Eating every 2-3 hours keeps you satisfied.

Getting started:

You eat 5 of TSFL meals a day and 1 of your own meals, plus a snack. That's it! It's called the 5 and 1 plan. Your meal is a lean protein and veggies. The TSFL meals, there are many to choose from.

You lose quickly and transition off then just maintain your healthy weight. It's a healthy weight loss program studied and found safe by John Hopkins Med. center and many Dr.s all over the country.

Hot Cocoa..THE BEST and super good for you tooo!

Hot Cocoa: Mix well cold first. Microwave for 1 min. Add cinnamon and sugar free, non-dairy coffee creamer. Mix again. Microwave for another 30 sec..Sooooo yummy!

Getting started tips!!! $35 for referrals too

Eating six healthy meals a day can be so easy! The weight will fall off. I'm loving hearing about all the weight you're losing. I'm sooo proud of you!

tips:

Lots of water. That fat needs to leave you.

Eat every 2-3 hours. This will help your body burn fat faster by keeping it fueled.

Don't forget to eat all your medifast meals, all 5. Even when you feel full at night! You want the body to burn fat not store it.

Eat slowly! You'll be more satisfied. ( i stink at this one)

Green Bars- only eat 1 per day. they are more calories then the yellow.

Wheat bran- add to oatmeal for more bulk

Food scale- You can by them at a weight watchers meeting..hehe. You want to make sure you're eating enough or not too much.

Tea- Yummy calorie free treat that warms you up!
