I know it's been too long!!!!

Our camera and computer still aren't loving each other. I really need to take it in to an Apple store soon. It's been really irritating!

Family Update

Eric's bank got bought out early this year. The changes have been fantastic for Eric. He is over 8 different branches and those branches investment officers. Eric is loving his new position and is thriving. I'm so proud of him and his hard work, it's paying off. This position has allowed him to have as much vacation as he wants..yay! So, we've made a few changes to our " no travel" year....upcoming...Yosemite, Vegas, Hawaii and Cabo.

I've been busy with the kids helping them enjoy their summer. I joined a new gym that the kids love, it's like club-med for kids. Pools and lots of other fun stuff. We got six flag tickets this years, it's been a blast for the kids.

Sariah just finished softball, which she loved. She's been in swim lessons this summer learning all her strokes, she's such a great swimmer. She's growing up too fast :0( She does her own hair and picks out her own clothes now, and she doesn't like my help. She is sucha beautiful young lady...if I don't say so She continues to be a big help and a great big sister..although Marcus knows how to tick her off now. She is being tutored over the summer and her tutor is teaching her the piano too. We may actually have someone play our piano. She has soo many interests that I can't keep up. She'd like to start drama classes, art classes and horse back riding...shesh...She's loving the summer and all the play date with friends.

Is the funniest little guy. He honestly has us laughing constantly. He tells me DAILY, " mom you sooo beauuuutiful, happy Mother's Day". I love that little guy. He is so active, he does laps around the house. His favorite games are, candy land, shoots and ladders, hungry hippo, hide and seek and play catch. He loves to ride his bike and explore outside on the property. He also is in swim lessons and is loving it! He's so proud of himself. Marcus will continue speech therapy this school year and will start a new pre-school 3 days a week. Marcus is so smart, he constantly asks questions about everything. His new thing is getting married. Tonight he wanted to see pictures of mommy and daddy falling in love and getting married. Everyone that meets Marcus loves him. He's so kind, thoughtful and WAY TOO CUTE! He's such a charmer, we'll have our hands full! And boy can he dance..he loves MJ music. Marcus is crazy athletic. He can't wait to play soccer and baseball next year. It will be fun to watch that little curly head cutie play.

What a sweetie pie! I love to kiss his little chubby cheeks. Domi loves all electronics. He's not into toys so much, just cell phones, remotes and computers. He is addicted to our gadgets. He also loves to wear our shoes and carry a purse around, he loves to dress up. Any chance he gets, he loves to play in the car and jam cds in the He will climb and figure out ways to get those gadgets. He loves music and dancing. He loves to wrestle around with Marcus and his sister. He's a dare devil. He will jump off high places and jump into pools. He loves to swim! I've never seen a baby that loves water sooo much, NO FEAR, it scary. Domi is talking up a storm. He loves to talk. Domi loves animals. He loves to go outside and love on 200 lb Bo the dog. He loves petting BO, feeding Boo and hanging out with him. He always calls for Bo to come. It's soo cute when he grabs one piece of dog food and puts it in his huge mouth. Bo's a gentle giant. Dominic loves his "yaya" ( sariah). They have a special bond. He loves his time with his big sis.

Hot Cocoa..THE BEST and super good for you tooo!

Hot Cocoa: Mix well cold first. Microwave for 1 min. Add cinnamon and sugar free, non-dairy coffee creamer. Mix again. Microwave for another 30 sec..Sooooo yummy!

Getting started tips!!! $35 for referrals too

Eating six healthy meals a day can be so easy! The weight will fall off. I'm loving hearing about all the weight you're losing. I'm sooo proud of you!


Lots of water. That fat needs to leave you.

Eat every 2-3 hours. This will help your body burn fat faster by keeping it fueled.

Don't forget to eat all your medifast meals, all 5. Even when you feel full at night! You want the body to burn fat not store it.

Eat slowly! You'll be more satisfied. ( i stink at this one)

Green Bars- only eat 1 per day. they are more calories then the yellow.

Wheat bran- add to oatmeal for more bulk

Food scale- You can by them at a weight watchers meeting..hehe. You want to make sure you're eating enough or not too much.

Tea- Yummy calorie free treat that warms you up!
